Big sack for Ware

With that sack, DeMarcus Ware tied Anthony Dickerson for most single-season sacks by a Cowboys LB with 10 1/2.

It's also the first time that a Cowboy has had double-digit sacks since 1996. Can you name the last man to do it.

And a sack for Stephen Bowen.

Newman with the muff! Wonder who he'll call out this week?

We get finally proof that the Lions do have a punter on the roster, but they give it right back. Shoot us now!

Tony Tolbert

Parcells better get into Newman at halftime, that was just ridiculous..

He cost us the momentum and a chance at another score before the half...

Tony Tolbert. Congrats to Ware, he has definitely lived up to expectations. Terrible decision by Newman, the Cowboys got all the momentum, then they let the Lions right back in. They must enjoy losing.

Tony Tolbert?

Can't see the game here in NY. Was it an out and out Muff?

Roy Williams whiffs on a key tackle allowing Detroit to get a first down, then a TD...but he only really stinks in pass coverage, right?

Big Tom,

Yes... Newman just completely misjudged where the ball was coming down. He was too far back and then dove towards it at the last second. Hit it with his hands and knocked it about 8 yards back the other way.

Defense stepping it up and then special teams killing it with turnover. Longhorn beats the Aggie again. Blame it on the defense all you want but they shouldn't have been on the field.

WHY? why put our smallest weakest corner on one of the strongest tallest receivers in the league??? even i could throw a td to roy williams with aaron glenn covering him!

Posted by Don Phillips @ 1:34 PM Sun, Dec 31, 2006

who was the genius that put Aaron Glenn covering Roy Williams on the td pass? wasnt that why we signed Henry? and that whiff by Roy Williams? I am sick to death of Roy Williams

Posted by P @ 1:36 PM Sun, Dec 31, 2006

Roy "I can't cover" Williams misses a shoestring tackle and costs our team??? Say it ain't so.

I hope the next time Newman decides to open his mouth and call out his teammates....that he actually backs up his talk on the field the next game.

I'm with you Don. I've had enough of Roy Wiliams, he needs to be held accountable. And the media needs to be held accountable for not bursting the bubble on the NFL's most overrated defensive player.
