FYI Boxing Day is celebrated as a holiday in just about every country that has ties to the British Comonwealth like Australia, New Zealand and Canada. It was originally an English religious holiday, the Feast of St. Stephen, the first Christian martyr, now better known as Boxing Day which may come from the opening of church poor boxes that day or maybe from the earthenware boxes with which boy apprentices collected money at the doors of their masters' clients. Down here in the Land of Wonder, like every other holiday it's an excuse for featsing, drinking and watching our favourite sports. Fortunately for Aussie Cowboy fans the extreme indigestion caused by the Eagles is being salved by our cricket team giving the Poms another thrashing.

I'm hoping Jerry Jones' New Years resolution this year is to get rid of the cancer otherwise known as T.O. The guy gets the ball thrown to him, it's not anyone else's fault he can't catch. Bill's team gets spanked again on national tv, and all he can say is they were "non-competitive"? I would say that's an understatement.

If he doesn't, the Cowboys are going to have a different kind of boxing day by packing up everything up early in the playoffs. It was nice to hear a good side of the Cowboys with Everson Walls donating a kidney to Ron Springs. Perhaps he should also donate some advice to the defense as to how to better cover recievers.

I'm starting to think that T.O. is like crack to the media. Just one little taste and you guys are hooked!

For all you TO bashers... Oh by the way, who caught the only TD pass in the game? Enough said.

Just wondering if Terry Glenn's crack about "not wanting to win" could have been directed at T.O.? Any of you newspaper guys have an idea about that?

T.O.: Dropping Bones with the Eagles, Dropping Passes with the Cowboys!
