Bill Parcells is obviously sick of having to deal with T.O.-related issues. "You know, I've tried to make it a habit not to talk too much about him because I know that's all you want to talk about." In my mind, T.O. couldn't have picked a worse time to spit on someone. The Knicks-Nuggets brawl happened the same night as the T.O.-DeAngelo Hall incident. The commissioner may have felt compelled to come down with an even stronger punishment in light of the NBA brawl.

the NBA didn't, at least according to espn.com, fine any of the players involved any one specific amount ("both teams were fined a total of $500,000") for physically punching, hitting, scratching, choking, and if Jeff Van Gundy were there... anyway, how on earth does this $35,000 compare to what happened in the NBA?
too much for too little, that's my opinion

No it wasn't too harsh. The guy is an idiot that only cares about himself. I would have welcomed a suspension too.

Just as long as the next guy gets hit for $35,000, I guess.

I think the penalty is insufficient. I think since TO apologized says he did it. He should have been suspended. His reason is one my 7 yr old grandson, wouldn't use. He's a grown man and I think he should act like one.
