... on Christmas Day? Philly is hot right now and playing with plenty of emotion.
What a wild ending to the Eagles-Giants game tonight.

It'll be a well earned victory and the Division crown for the Cowboys

No, the Cowboys found new life in the second half yesterday. They'll take a couple of days off to get rested and maybe get over some bumps and bruises. Then they'll come back and get ready to play their most complete game of the season so far.

This will be a chance for the coaching staff to earn its keep. The Cowboys have enough talent, they are at home. Now the coaches need to do their job. It is time for some stunts instead of just the base D.

I did a small computer program (that I'm still tweaking) that has Dallas winning by a fairly large margin. I don't get an actual score, just a number from an algorithm, but it still shows Dallas winning by a fairly large margin.

Anyway, I think that Dallas wins. They're back on track now, and they're too hungry to not do well.

It will be very, very close. Garcia has the arm to take advantage of our weak big-play defense. But we should be able to ring up some points on them, too. I'll predict Dallas winning 33-31.

If they can cover Westbrook in the flat I think they should win. That was a nice win again NY, but this will be their 3rd road game in a row. I don't have his career numbers, but I don't think Garcia has faired well against Dallas. Dallas by 10

Eagles will win BIG

Posted by Joe @ 3:13 PM Mon, Dec 18, 2006

Cowboys have no business losing this game. Eagles are playing their third straight road game. Parcells has an extra day on Reid to prepare. Eagles are more beat up and injured. A loss to the Eagles would be an embarrasment.

We will win if we can find someone to cover the running back who catches the pass in the flat. Where are the linebackers????? If we caan't cover the back then Brian westbrook will have a career day. We also need to pressure the quarterback and not let Garcia look like a Hall of Fame QB like we let Manning, Brees and Vick the past 3 weeks.

Hmmmm Cowboy fans, get ready for disapointment. TO will find a way to say something this week to distract your team and let the Eagles win...

This will just not be a blow out by the Cowboys, I do think they'll win but it'll be close. The Eagles are fighting and the Cowboys have clinched, as a former competitive athlete (along with the rest of your out there) and current competitive coach I know first hand that when you clinch regardless of what you do to keep that out of your mind you cannot, and part of you says "YES, we're in the tournament!" which leads to a letdown. How big of a letdown the Cowboys have on Christmas day will determine how close the outcome will be. And, it's the Eagles' screens we're going to have to shut down, Reid will screen the Cowboys' D to death if they let him, and Westbrook will have a HUGE day if we don't get this coverage issue resolved.
