It's really too bad the blood hounds in the media couldn't have kept this quiet, or at the very least talked to them both before airing it out for all of us to see. Walls hadn't even discussed it with his own family yet. Completely classless actions by the media yet again.

P: It was Shawn Springs, Rons son, who told the Washington Post. Its a pretty big story, in my opinion. Why wouldnt the press go with it?

If it was his son, then I can't understand the tone of his statement.
" The Associated Press picked up the news. It was on ESPN's Web site and countless others by morning.
Reached via cellphone Tuesday morning, Walls, angered by what he considers an invasion of his privacy, said he would have "no comment" on what he termed "a personal and delicate situation."
I believe health issues like this should be released when the person dealing with it gives the nod.
