Looks like he's interviewing Norv's staff.

Get the coordinators in place then there will be less pressure on the HC.

Its starting to fall into place. Looks like Norv Turner will be the head coach and they will groom Garrett to be the future coach.

Seems like the last time Jerry hired assistants before the head coach, the situation did not work out. As for as Garrett, being the Head Coach, I do not believe he is yet qualified. Why not let the head coach hire his own coaching staff. The Cowboys will be back to a non playoff team with Jerry running the show.

Now why would Mr Jones interview the assistants before he's hired the head coach? Maybe because the head coach can't be interviewed or hired until after the Super Bowl? Ron Rivera?

This is nuts. You've got a young QB and they want to change offenses?? The offense wasn't the main problem last year. We still scored around 26 points a game. Lets just make Sparano OC and I'll bet he does an even better job with Parcells' chains off of him. I'll bet with Parcells not there to hold him back, he'd have been able to attack a couple of DB's that were just in off the street. Then hire Rex Ryan to be the HC and he'd be able to fix the D and get them to the "next level".
