A song that rubs salt in Romo's wounds

A character named BradyFan83, who has quite the youtube.com rep, made this hilarious "tribute" to Tony Romo to the tune of "Desperado."

My favorite lines:

Were your hands too slick with anointing oil?
Did you try to make Parcells' blood boil?

Nice effort, but not unlike Tom Brady against the Colts in the AFC Championship Game, it ended weak.

Wow... hurtful but true

Its probably not wise to be posting that on a Cowboys blog, don't you think Tim?

Dude, that was cold. But mark my words...Cowboys fans will all be singing the REAL Romo song when he leads the Cowboys back to the promised land next season!

That is a great one! Loved the end too!!

You probably don't want to hear my real thoughts on this, but this person obviously has never been in a tough position in any sport. His obvious calling in life is to make fun of people, tear people down, and just be generally obnoxious. His only achievement in life; going on a websight for underaged children and attempting to impress them. I would love to see you in Romo's position in a playoff game and see how you handle it. Very poor taste. Actually no taste at all.

Although this still hurts, this is one of the funniest things I've seen in a while...

Tim,

I don't think that Cowboy fan's should always drink the blue and silver cool-aid, but come on man all you seem do is pour salt in those wounds yourself. I am not saying you need to post on this blog about how great MB3 is or how Terrance Newman should be in the Pro Bowl and all the other positive things about this team, but draw a line some where. All you seem to do is critize, put down and kick dirt on this team.

Either make some positive post or get some one who can!!!!!!!!

Yeah, that's freakin hilarious. Wonder when Bradyfan will make a video about Brady's (what should have been) two crippling interceptions in the Pats last two playoff games...

That guy's a real character. But Tony Romo has character and he'll have the last laugh. Guaranteed.

Ouch!

Don't worry, Tony -- "Brady" ain't playing this weekend either.

Posted by Forrest @ 11:33 AM Sat, Feb 03, 2007

That is truly one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

Posted by Ellen @ 12:05 PM Sat, Feb 03, 2007

Come on, you guys, please lay off of Tony - enough is enough already! Why didn't you post the part of Kevin Hench's article about the kball?

Shouldn't the Cowboys blog be more supportive?

It's easy to criticize when you're an "arm chair GM". It's also hard to walk a mile in someones' shoes when they probably wouldn't fit anyway! If I were Romo, I'd thank this guy personally for fueling his fire to destroy Defenses next year.

NO MORE MR. NICE GUY............ NO MORE KNEEL DOWNS!!!

You guys act like little girls sometimes. That was funny. Take it in stride.

That would not have been funny 4 weeks ago but you have to get up when you get knocked down and prove yourself. Looking forward to September. Congrats to Michael Irvin!

These are the cowboys you are putting down, been a fan for 40 + years. Remember if we dont read this garbage you dont have a job. How about going out and get the real news like the scoop on rivera on thursday you guys were late with the story.

No seriously! Here's the new Romo Anthem.

This song will be in your head, at least, for the next 4 days.

An Arlington funny man, Blake Wallace, whipped this one up.
