Terrell Owens is going through drills with the rest of the receivers, catching passes and all. So far, no drops, and his right ring finger is still attached. I ran from practice into the media room to deliver this earth-shattering news to you. Some media types are speculating that T.O. wanted to make this minicamp all about him, so he fooled us into thinking he wouldn't be practicing. If that was the plan, it worked. Expect all kinds of T.O. coverage on your evening newscasts. Much, much more about this story as it develops. We'll also give you some less exciting news, like Oliver Hoyte is still a fullback. Back to practice I go. |

It was all a conspiracy by the media...

They need to be cautious with T.O.'s injury. I would rather see him running the routes and catching with one hand.

C'mon Tim, Coach Phillips was also saying he was not sure how much, if any, T.O. could do in Mini-camp, but he thought he was close. I don't think T.O. was trying to be a media hogger this time. Give the man some credit for being there testing his hand.
The news on Hoyte, with a rookie fullback coming on board, could spell the end of the road for "sweet" Lou Polite, but then, Phillips may just be taking a look at Hoyte at the position with decisions to come. Thats what Mini-camp is for.

If T O wants the minicamp to be all about him that's fine, what ever it takes as long as he can catch balls, we can entertain if he makes touch downs come game day.

Do the Rooks have their "Stars"? I hope not!

TO is quietly going to make this a pro-bowl year. Believe me. has not been talking much but been working his butt off. If the press let him be, it will be a very rewarding year for him and the Cowboys

Pictures, pictures, pictures ... Can you guys post more pictures on this blog? I love when the DMN posts photo galleries.
Show us T.O. Show us Romo. Heck, show us Nick Folk. We don't care.
Thanks.

Nice to see T.O. back in action. I expect big things from a healthy T.O.
I wonder who is being practicing with the first team offense, Barber or JJ?

Tim...are you sure that isn't D-Wade out there?

What do you expect from TO? The guy broke his leg and a month later was playing in the Superbowl. But I'm disapointed in you Tim. You said you were gonna blast TO if he said something stupid. So shouldn't you give him props for coming back to practice when the guy could have said "no thanks" and not been put in the dog house for it?
