Forget about it. The Cowboys haven't really started in serious talks with any of their draft picks. But don't worry, this is how they operate with their rookies. While teams like Chicago try and knock out as many signings as they can as quickly as they can, the Cowboys wait until the last minute because they don't want to waste their energy in May and June getting bogged down over this stuff. Look for the Cowboys to start the negotiations next week and getting all of the rookies signed before the first training camp practice. One thing should help: Isaiah Stanback, Nick Folk and Courtney Brown are represented by the same agency. The Cowboys' top pick, Anthony Spencer, was the 26th pick in the draft, so just for comparison's sake, last year's No. 26 pick, Buffalo's John McCargo, received a five-year deal worth $8.6 million with $5.2 million guaranteed. |

Are the Cowboys interested in any of those supplemental draft guys, like the big OT from Maryland?
