![]() AP Tony Romo finished fourth in the Racine Tri Course Amateur Championship over the weekend back in Wisconsin. Romo won the event a couple of years ago with a final-round charge, but this year he had no such luck. Romo shot a final-round 75 at Racine Country Club to finish seven shots behind Bendt Bendtsen III. Romo's father, Ramiro, who shot an opening round 71, two shots better than his son, finished tied for 18th. The tournament play should help Romo at this weekend's American Century Championship at Lake Tahoe. This will be Romo's first time playing the famed tournament, but he's got the game to compete. Let's hope he doesn't look at Charles Barkley's awful swing. |

Unfortunately for Tony 'The-Scratch-Golfer' Romo... he's the starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys! If only he had decided to choose golf over football... JUST KIDDING, y'all! I'm damn proud and glad TR is our QB... I just wish I had half his golf game in my bag! I'd bet a steak dinner at Ruth's that TR would say golf is a helluva lot harder than football... any takers??? Me ke'aloha pumehana from Paradise, y'all!
