Tony Romo finished 11th in the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship in Lake Tahoe. Romo shot a final-round 77 and finished with 54 points in the event, which used the Modified Stableford scoring system Former NFL quarterback Chris Chandler won the tournament with 78 points. EDITORS' NOTE: Former Cowboys Vinny Testaverde, Steve Beuerlein and Emmitt Smith were also involved. Here are the results, and here's a story on Romo's experience. |

He would have finished better, but the club kept slipping out of his hand! Sorry, can't let it go, he is going to have to redeem himself in a big way this year.

Look Joey, I see the humor in your statement. In the long run you will see that what happened to Romo last year in the playoffs will be one of the best experiences that he'll ever have in his career.
The Cowboys weren't really going anywhere last year. If Romo doesn't have a bottom dropping lesson this early in his career, then who's to say that he continues to grow as much as he could. It takes humbling mistakes in life in order to really learn.
