The Cowboys dipped into the Arena Football League by signing offensive lineman Jason Hilliard. Hilliard played for Columbus this season, helping upset the Jerry Jones-owned Desperados in the divisional round of the playoffs. He caught a touchdown pass in ArenaBowl XXI. He has spent time in the NFL with Green Bay, the New York Giants and St. Louis after his career at Louisville. He played in two games for the Giants in 2004. Because the Cowboys are under the 85-man roster limit, they did not have to cut a player to add Hilliard. |

A strange pick up. kinda puzzling.
The boys already have a lot of spare offensive lineman who will have to be cut, why would they want another?
Is someone's injury more serious than we have been told?

Larry, I am in agreement with you on the move adding another defensive lineman. Could this offensive pick up be converted to a defensive nose tackle?
