WR Terry Glenn, who is a month removed from a knee scope, took a step toward playing by running routes during Saturday's workout. Will he play in the season opener? "I don't know," Glenn said today. Odds are the Cowboys will have to count on Patrick Crayton as the starter opposite T.O. Consider it a bonus if Glenn suits out and plays in three- and four-receiver formations. |

Reche Caldwell was let go by the Patriots. He was their leading receiver last year. The Boys should sign him NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I am getting sick of all this crap. Do we have to keep speculating on injuries?? How often do teams let other teams know whether someone is playing or not before they have to. I think your next story should be "Should the Cowboys play this season or just forfeit, It's over it's all over what should we do ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!"

We don't need Terry Glenn EITHER! Ship his butt off someplace. We already have enough receivers. Let's get something for this guy while we still can.
As for the other Glenn, I don't care what Roy Williams says. Roy's got problems of his own if he cannot produce this year. We may ship his butt off too. He needs to worry about his positions. Glenn may have shown leadership/professional skills in the lockeroom, but what counts is on the field.

Patrick Crayton is just as good as Glenn. It seemed like Romo and Crayton started to build some chemistry last year.

Man, its great to see you guys fired up today. IMO Glenn, Newman, Ellis, and possibly Burnett should be held out of the game anyway, for these guys should be able to heal and not have to struggle with nagging injuries all year. Glenn should rest because we have able WRs who can do the job, plus you throw in Witten and Fasano I think we have enough weapons in the passing game for the Giants.

maverick, with all due respect, you're consistently stupid.

Going into the season, I have two major concerns:
1. I am beginning to think that Phillips nice guy, protect the players attitude is causing some of these injuries to prolong themselves. I respectfully disagree Anthony. Most of these guys need to get their butts on the field.
2. If this team really thinks it is a super bowl contender, how can they possibly go into the season with the cornerback situation they have. I really thought they would bring back Aaron Glenn but that is down the tubes. They gotta make a trade. Nate Jones and Oglesby are not the answer. They have only 3 guys who can play to any decent level and the jury is still out on J. Reeves.
