For using a football as a prop after catching a touchdown pass against Miami, Terrell Owens was fined $7,500 by the NFL today.

Owens' actions violated rule 12, section 3, article 1 (f) of the NFL playing rules which state, "possession or use of fofreign or extraneous object(s) that are not part of the uniform during the game on the field or the sideline, or using the ball as a prop."

Owens said he didn't care about the fine because his pocket book as been hit so much over the years.

T.O. should give them $7,500 more on top of it for the next time!

So how much did Chad Johnson get fined for his HOF jacket skit last week. The rule says on the sideline so shouldn't he get fined also?

Any team with Owens or Chad Johnson will never win a Super Bowl..... Unless they play for the Patriots. Can't stand self promoters in the ultiamte team game. Idiots.

I'm supprised that UniformViolation.com doesn't have this one listed yet. I guess they don't track celebration-type fines.

So this is the juiciest thing the media can come up with on T.O. this year? My, how things have changed.
