So the "best division in the NFC" is now 0-2 on the afternoon.

The Redskins loss to the Buccaneers means the Cowboys can mathematically eliminate them from division title contention with a win over the Packers. Same goes for the Eagles, if they can't beat the Patriots tonight.

That would make it a two-horse race. But really, does anyone think there's more than one thoroughbred bred here? Didn't think so.

If the loudmouths from New York (and yes, that includes Calvin Watkins) would show respect then I might show some respect and say that they can be a dangerous playoff team. But those guys just can't shut up and admit that the Cowboys are a better team. So I take really great pleasure watching them choke on all that diarreah of the mouth they've got.

Albert, we're not really worried about a Division Title, we know we'll take the NFC East.

We're worried about homefield advantage.

Little Blue and their rabid fans are singing the Blues tonight, and the rest of the week.

Can you imagine how those rabid fans, and the Eagle fans will react if we beat the Packers? They'll be out there barking at the moon, rending their garments, pouring ash on their heads.

What's that I hear? Sounds to me like "wailing and gnashing of teeth."

I think I'm going to tune in to 660 THE FAN, so I can soak up little blue pain.

This will be too good to waste.

Wow, and you didn't even mention the Patriotcheats!! Man, I'm so impressed. However, I'd give you a C+ because of the lack of substantive matter produced.

Look, even you couldn't have screwed this up. Of course, it is ONLY a two-horse race between GreenBay and Dallas. That's the NFC in a nutshell.

Ok, let's see if you're intelligent enough to pick this up: Why not do an overall analysis between Dallas vs. GreenBay in total games played, by their location, results, and tie it into a trend analysis. Then, once you are done, do a regression analysis leading to an extrapolation. I'm sure that maybe too much for you. Just do the trend analysis. I'm hoping Timmy and Archer can do the rest.

The fat lady has already finished singing. She will be doing an encore after we smoke the cheeseheads on Thursday.

I believe that the Redskins are elimated. The best record they can have is 10-6 and the worse record Dallas can have is 10-6. Dallas has the tie breaker withe a better divison record (4-2) being the worse they can have. So when Philly loses tonight they will be elimated also for the same reason. So Dallas Magic Number is 2 for the division title.

If the Dallas Cowboys play like they should they can go all the way no matter what anyone says

Well, Greer, looks like you boofed this one, super-sleuth.

Here's something that might help you out:

You a right Wave Slider,

That spotless division record had to come into play at some point.

The boys didnt gain any ground on Tampa Bay and Seattle today with regard to the first round bye, but they continue to hold 3-game leads on those guys with 5 to play.

Bottom line, unless Seattle or Tampa Bay goes 5-0 in the last 5 games, two wins by the boys should also win a first round bye and at least one game at Texas Stadium.

Hey, Mike..that was great. However, I don't think he can manage handling a spy decoder ring..WITH INSTRUCTIONS. HAHAHHAHAHAHAAH

Posted by derric @ 5:00 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

Hey fella's doesn't Eli Manning always look like he has to shyt?

Posted by Maverick @ 5:03 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

Derric, did you see the last time we played NY when Manning was about to get sacked, and that priceless expression on his face? It was liked he smelled something God awful or someone took the energy right out of him. Think it was Ware. :)

Posted by Mike @ 5:12 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

Maverick, shhhh it's because the instructions to operate the ring are, in fact, coded and require the ring to decode them. Greer will be busy for hours.

derric, yes Eli has always had a constipated look about him. When he wears the red jersey he reminds me of a constipated Gilligan.

Posted by Mike @ 5:13 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

Mike, that was Tank Johnson making Eli contort his face in disgust. Or, as you described it ...."Stank" Johnson.

Looks like the Boys can clinch the NFC East next weekend if they beat the Pack and the Giants lose.....that was fast?!

Posted by Tim @ 7:01 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

Hey does anyone think that the Eagles defense will go after Tom and try to hurt him. Of all the teams out there the eagles are know to play a bit dirty. HMMMM

Posted by Tim @ 7:03 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

One correction - the Redskins are already mathematically eliminated from the division race. If the Eagles lose tonight (if?!) they will also be eliminated. The Cowboys already have the division record tiebreaker over both teams.

Posted by Maverick @ 8:59 PM Sun, Nov 25, 2007

You know Tim....I hadn't thought of that idea. If I was Jerry, I'd put some dough on the sly to say...Runyan for the paid hit. But, Jerry's too nice. Personally, I'd do it on Belicheat. Cut the head, and the body falls.
