Columnist Tim Cowlishaw said in today's chat that he expects Tony Romo and Brett Favre to light it up Thursday night.

Cheesehead: I think Brett Favre is going to pick apart the Cowboys' secondary. Your thoughts?

Tim Cowlishaw: I think he is, too. And I think Romo is going to pick apart the Packers, and it's going to be great fun to watch. But I have to save my prediction for the Thursday paper. We have to sell the product, you know. But, yeah, I expect Favre to have a big night although I think the Cowboys will get decent pressure on him at times.

i think cheeseheads and then national media are incorrectly judging the cowboys defense on their early season struggles. they had injuries and a new scheme that took a while to settle in. i think fav-re is going to see a lot of d'ware and ellis. t'new is on a roll and henry is getting more healthy. cowboys roll!

What are the odds that Cowlishaw will pick the Packer's to win the game? At least you don't show the bias of Skip Brainless. He who throws the least interceptions wins. Dallas 34 Green Bay 31.

I hope Dallas wins, but, even if they lose, I think we know that Dallas will get one of the two byes in the playoffs. And, for some reason, this teams seems to play better on the road. Now, I'd rather the NFC Championship be played in Dallas, but, I could see Romo going home to Green Bay, and winning. Lets not forget that Michael Vick beat the Packers on Lambeau field in the playoffs. They aren't invincible there. I expect a great and entertaining game Thursday night.

The over/under for this game is currently at 51. No way this gors over 51. At least that's what my nickle says.

Dallas 27
Packers 20

Cowboys win 31 -21.
Their defense hasn't seen anything like it will have unleashed on it this week.

i'm sure the whole dmn staff will pick against the cowboys, as usual. even our boy timmy may turn on the 'boys for this one. you would think they would be tired of crow, by now, but they never seem to learn.

The Cowboys are about 7 point favorites right now... Wow! I didn't think they'd be more than 3. I think the cowboys should win, but I wouldn't give a 7 point spread that's for sure.

the spread will come down if the betting is too heavy on the Packers. I like the way the cowboys defense has been playing. I think we will stop them more than they stop us. Might be with picks, sacks and fumbles recoveries while still giving up some yards. Has Favre played a night game in Dallas? Just wonder if the day games with the sun and shade had caused him some of his losing in Texas Stadium.

Come on Tim, we all already know you are going to take Green Bay over Dallas. It's the media does because controversy sells.

let us pray 4 the dallas defense.
