I remember a blatant drop by fasano after romo evaded some blitzers. Was this not actually a drop or not? Also who leads the team in drops, I was so sick of hearing about T.O. leading in drops last year, this year I think its witten and of course no one complains because its not TO.

That wasn't a drop.

BS, that was a drop.

Who cares! Everyone drops passes! It should be penalties that worry you, not dropped passes.
T.O. did drop passes last year, for whatever reason. He has dropped some this year, as well. So has Witten.
Tony has thrown a number of INT's, Brad Johnson hasn't thrown any. Let's talk about that!

Fasano DEFINITELY dropped that pass...i dont know what else you would call that. Not that I can get on the guy I mean hes not exactly supposed to be like Witten out there...hes a run blocker, a tough guy. I also seem to remember TO dropping one. I remember it because my father made a comment after it that he drops as many as he catches. Clearly he was exagerating and to be honest as long as he catches the big ones I can deal with a few drops.

Compare T.O stats above to the Redskins skill players:
1) Moss in last 4 games played, totaled 12 rec for 98 yds and 0 TD
2) Randle El in last 4 games played, totaled 12 rec for 155 yds and 0 TD
3) Cooley in last 4 games played, totaled 13 rec for 125 yds and 1 TD.
The only bright spot for the "Dead-skins" has been Portiss.
Without any major injuries (i.e. Romo) or bad turn overs, this next game should be in the bag. Their offense just can not generate any points.

I also remember a drop by Fasano. I'm not bustin his balls over it. Just questioning this blog entry. But it goes to show how overated the drops "stat" is. If Albert didn't think it was a drop but a few other people did then it's a useless stat because it's obviously subjective.

St. Jimmy is correct - drops are subjective and that is exactly why they are not an official stat. So... just drop it! :p

Was not!

non have been drive killers like penalties.
I would much rather see the stats on those this (last several ) year(s).

thats it no more breakdowns of the breakdown. No one dropped a pass unless you lost. Because if you win you obviously had more positive plays than negative ones.
