Losing a Pro Bowl center, even if it's just for a game, is nothing to sneeze at. But Leonard "Bigg" Davis isn't getting too caught up in the loss of Andre Gurode. And that's because he feels like the guy who'll play to his left will be ready. "It’s not a lot of difference," Davis said, of having a new center in there. "It’s just little things that you have to be on top of. But Cory (Procter), he prepares every week as if he’s starting, so as far as him knowing what to do, that’s not going to be a problem." The timetable on the recovery of Andre Gurode's sprained left MCL will give him a chance to return to practice about a week-and-a-half after the injury was sustained. So that means there's a chance he'll be ready to get ready for the Redskins by the middle of next week, but also that he's no certainty to play in that game. |

I sure hope that Proctor plays a lot better cause we really missed Gurode in that Eagles game. I don't think it's a coincidence that Romo was sacked zero times with Gurode in the game and 4 times when Proctor went in. The Eagles were attacking him and he didn't answer.
