The team was no longer a "team" when Jerry Jones gave Romo the "60 Million"! Simple as that! Think about it folks. How many times have you seen your team destroyed, in the work place, when one member of the great team is singled out and given all the credit? I've seen it happen time and time again. That person gets the "big head" and the others have resentment because they know "that person" is only one part of the team. Everyone suffers and management will never live up to their huge mistake! I've seen companies go bankrupt due to these terrible decisions.
Their hearts were not in the game. And this is not a big corporation folks. It's a friggin football team. Money cannot buy a Super Bowl! It takes a "team"!

Its obvious we made a lot of mistakes, and mistakes are magnified in the playoffs. So now, the only thing to look forward to is the draft. Who do the cowboys drop, who do they pick up in free agency, who do they draft?

I lost a lot of respect for Wade when he was asked about if they lost in the playoffs would the season be considered a failure, and he said no, we were 13-3. Who cares about 13-3, who cares about the #1 seed when you lose in the playoffs. YES this season was a failure.
I'm wondering if Jerry is having second thoughts about keeping Wade around next year. The lack of discipline and focus I think is a reflection of the coaching. I really don't think Wade is the answer. The only reason our defense was ranked 9th in the NFL was because our offense was so good and helped make the opposing offense one sided. This game was one of the most disappointing games I've seen given the talent that Dallas has on both sides of the ball.
