Wade Phillips had all the players who had won a playoff game stand up during a team meeting. Only six guys on the active roster rose to their feet: Terry Glenn, Tank Johnson, Brad Johnson, Ken Hamlin, Kyle Kosier and Terrell Owens. Of course, the majority of the players were one play away from a playoff win last season. "It has nothing to do with this year," Hamlin said, downplaying the significance of playoff experience. So Hamlin doesn't have any sage playoff veteran experience for his young teammates? "You've got to play good," Hamlin said. "There's nothing new about it. We're still going to be on a football field; we're still going to be playing in front of people; we're still going to have an opponent on the other side. You've got to be ready and prepared like it's just another game, and you've got to play well." |

If TO doesn't heal enough for the playoffs...I will remember the day that Coach Wade made him stand up in a team meeting.

Why would Hamlin say that they have to play well? According to Tim and all the other cheerleaders, they HAVE been playing well this past month. "We're 13-3, we're 13-3".

Play well, thats it! I would think it would be play better than you have played all year, and restated before each game. I don't thin k he is the leader of the motivators. Words might not work well with Ol Roy. Might have to wave a BISCUIT in front of him.
