Remember when T.O. caught a game-winning TD in a playoff game against Green Bay as a 49er. Deja vu time?

Posted by bresson @ 6:50 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Posted by Romo Sucks @ 6:50 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Pathetic.

Posted by Rob T. @ 6:50 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Remember when Romo fumbled the snap against the Seahawks? Game and season over.

Posted by Chris @ 6:51 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

silly rabbit, carring about a dallas pro sports team is for kids.

Posted by kbars @ 6:51 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Doesn't appear that it's going to happen for the boys this year! What a GREAT season!!!! Barber was wonderful today!

Posted by FadingBlue @ 6:51 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

WOW! Well at least Romo will have plenty of time to chase a@@ and Wade can crappie fish....

Posted by herson @ 6:52 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

now romo will be remembered for throwing a stupid int...

Posted by GoGo @ 6:52 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Choking, sloppy, incompetent. What a waste.

Tony can fly the whole team to Mexico now!

Posted by suicidal @ 6:52 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

gonna be a long offseason folks... Patrick Creighton needs to shut his mouth forever... that guy is a choke artist extrodinaire....

Posted by Still a fan @ 6:53 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

15 yard penalty for facemask right before half - leads to touchdown. 15 yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct - Cowboys now 2nd and 18 instead of 2nd and 3, punt results. And that's what lost the game.

Posted by al @ 6:53 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

13 and 3 - worthless! Someone needs to lose their job! Maybe several someones!!

And, have I mentioned that this crappy captcha code has got to go!!!!!!!

Posted by Scott @ 6:53 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Not so much. The Cowboys offense should have had their way with the Giants in the 2nd half but the offensive line got hammered and none of the big play makers made a play. That between Owens, Witten, Crayton, and Glenn, we could only manage a field goal in the 2nd half is pathetic. Quite frankly, to lose this game is embarrassing.

Yes, Why did Crayton stop running, if he hadn't he would have been where the ball was.

Why did Crayton flub the one kick return we needed and fall on the ball?

Why did Crayton drop how many balls today?

Why did they go for Crayton, and Glenn, in these plays instead of OWENS? WITTEN? or BARBER?

Ridiculous?

Romo played a really strong game - bad throws were not his fault - some underthrown- but more often other issues- romo's intentional grounding hurt- but realistically the D, special teams, Crayton lost this game. Now we have tohear big mouth Brandon - flap his gums-
yeesh

I told you . Where are all those who said washington didn't mean anything. Were's this switch they can turn on. Someone should have mailed them one. Chokes. This is a way bigger shame then last year. 13-3 means nothing and did mean nothing. I don't even know why I follow this team

Posted by Chris @ 6:57 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

THE COWBOYS S**K
ROMO, NEXT TIME YOU GET A WEEK OFF, DON'T GO AWAY, WATCH FILM.
CRAYTON-AIKMAN IN THE BOOTH SAYS YOU HAVE THE SUREST HANDS ON THE TEAM. HOW MANY DROPS PASSES AND PUNT RETURNS DID YOU HAVE?
L DAVIS-WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING FLOPPING ON STRAHAN AND GIVING AWAY A FIRST DOWN?
ROMO, YOU NEED TO BE OUTSIDE THE TACKLES TO THROW IT AWAY, OR DID YOU FORGET THAT IN MEXICO.
WADE-LOOKS LIKE THE TEAM FORGOT ABOUT THAT NO PENALTY PLEDGE, OR WAS IT ONLY GOOD FOR THE REGULAR SEASON.

THE GIANTS WANTED IT, THE COWBOYS THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE HANDED IT AND NOW THEY ARE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE NFL.

Posted by hdh @ 7:02 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

The entire team including the entire coaching staff sucks. All the penalties is a lack of discipline a.k.a. bad coaching. Fire 'em all Jerry!

Posted by A-Cast @ 7:04 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

i just became the biggest Bret Favre fan in America. Man I hate the Giants. We didn't play like a$$, we just played a team that hated us more and wanted it more. The giants will lay down next week and Go Packers!!
According to Gumble, the are the Dallas Packers

Posted by graham-canada @ 7:06 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Chris,

I disagree- Cowboys losing is not a bigger story than the Colts losing. 13-3 is good but not good enough. Dallas is the better team- but the Giants were able to win this one- they were better TODAY, and TODAY is what counts.
I for one was thrilled by Dallas season and while my disappointment exists the team's is far bigger.
Thanks for a great season- maybe remembering what this feels like and last year's loss will be ehough to make them want big games...
Why owens wasn't a bigger part boggles my mind- he is the playmaker- Glenn wasn't ready difficulty doing cuts- and Crayton clearly was not in the game.
sad, but thanks for an exciting year.

Posted by Josh @ 7:06 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Hey guys, good season. Sorry it had to end this way. There's a lot of heart and good players in Dallas to put your hopes in the likes of Romo. Your quarterback lost the game for you'all.

-Go Pats!

Posted by Packattack @ 7:07 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Packers would have beat the Pokes ifn the Gmen didn't.
See ya next year....lmao

Posted by aaah! @ 7:13 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Shoulda suited out Jessica today. Would have had something to look at....

Posted by TG in Phila @ 7:15 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Congrats Big Blue, the Giants deserved to win the game. Now pummel Favre in Lambreau will ya!

Posted by Autlaw @ 7:18 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

This team lost it's drive 6 weeks ago, Coach Cupcake thought the playoffs would re-ignite the fire, apparently he didn't know that there's no switch. Bad play in Dec, bad play in Jan, no fire, no drive, just arrogance! See Crayton's mouth, see Romo's travel itinerary, the Boys haven't had a winning Dec since 1998.

Wade will soon be gone and if Jerry's smart he won't let Garrett take the same train out of town that Ireland and Sparano are on.

Posted by ABC--anybody but the Cows @ 7:20 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Cowgirls SUCK!!! HAHAHHAHAHA keep crying Jerry

Posted by packerfan @ 7:28 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Romo paid attention to the wrong D's the last two weeks. Now he can play with the D's instead of playing against them. GO JESSICA!

Posted by zachwheat @ 7:29 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Sweet victory by the Giants against the Cowboys. What's that now, 13 years without a playoff voctory for Ämerica's team? America's team my a.s.s. Americans are winners. The Cowboys are LOSERS. Second year in a row for Romo blowing the last play. Ha.

Posted by KJ in VA @ 7:37 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Unreal! Self an understatement. Sure aint #8, 22 or 88! These guys CAN'T do it. No killer instinct. PBowlers that can't get through 1st round. Pitiful. Heads should roll; start at the top!

Posted by jtt @ 7:39 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

It all starts at the top; the GM would rather lose his way that win the right way......he allowed a HOF coach to move on because he would not buy into the TO situation, now all Parcells took four ardous years to assemble will slowly begin to crumble.......Coach Phillips is a very nice guy, but has never won a playoff game, just too nice and he does not impose his will on any of his teams.....this is the kind of game BP would not have lost (not sure he would have been 13-3 either).

For all of you advocating more running of the football, there you have it.......Parcells' style of game plan just will not get you to the promised land in today's NFL......Green Bay and New England should be a worthwhile match, not sure anyone can stop the Cheatriots, but GB does have the offensive capability to do...so sad that it is all over.....next year, 10 wins will be a miracle....hoping that Jones will reconsider his egotistical approach while the talent is still here......... but don't count on it!!

Posted by The Parsimonious Pigskinner @ 7:42 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

What a bunch of overrated, overpaid players and coaches. The 13 wins were clearly a fluke - this was NOWHERE NEAR a championship team, and it showed today when the chips were down. The Giants proved today that they were truly the better team.

No playoff wins for 12 years - and counting.

Posted by Michael @ 7:49 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Fair weather cowboy fans. Never happens here in green bay. who ever said you was america's team. everybody knows that title belongs to the packers.

Posted by Giants Rule, Cowgirls Fools @ 8:06 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Man, that popcorn tastes good here in NJ! Thanks TO!

Posted by Mike McDonald @ 8:15 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

Guess Not...!
Bwaaahaaahaaaaaa.... Good to see overconfidence and pomposity get its ass kicked.

The look on Jerry Jones face was classic..... and good to see Cowboys fans eating their own young.....

Posted by Tony Homo @ 8:15 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

jtt,

Oh the patriots cheat!!! Boo hoo! The Cheattriots! Dude, your team sucks and your QB puts more emphasis on getting l4id than the actual game.

THERE'S NO CRYING IN FOOTBALL!!!!

Idiot!

Posted by Observer @ 11:13 PM Sun, Jan 13, 2008

It shouldn't have been that close anyway. Did anyone see Romo grab the ref on the grounding call?

In any other game that's 15 yards, maybe even ejection.

Posted by Johnnie G @ 7:23 AM Mon, Jan 14, 2008

The only deja vu going on is the Cowboys losing a sixth straight playoff game....
