Was Cabo the last stand?

I don't mean to scoop Timmy Tabloid here, but it looks like anyone who was worried about a certain blonde being a distraction to the quarterback of America's Team needn't worry anymore.

According to the always-reliable OK! magazine, it's all over. Sad day for Timmy Tabloid, I know, because of all the mileage he got out of that relationship. And I'll be looking for some reaction soon from my colleague on Cowboys Blog. Let him mourn the end first, and then I'm sure we'll hear from him.

By the way, I've got nothing against the Boston broadsheet, as Todd may have insinuated. I just had an inkling this morning on what the Herald was running, and thought it'd be an interesting link. For the record, it's worth checking out both stories (here and here), if you're interested in football beyond just the Cowboys.

Oh well. Tony should be able to find a nice airhead blonde right here in Dallas, preferably one without a creepy dad.

BREER, THAT STORY WAS SO LAST YEAR. GET WITH IT

Hey Albert, you should read your own blog once in a while.

Einstein, this story is so yesterday. Literally.

Thanks for reading!!

Yes, this WAS from yesterday. Wow, even my nephew Tim isn't this "impaired" on a typical Thursday! What you all been smokin' there in Dallas, Albert?!? Remember, down Texas way our stuff's a lot more powerful than your average Boston baggie. Ask my Timmy -- he knows. Right Tim?

WOW...who could have seen this coming....No Super Bowl...now hottie is gone...go figure...Next year Tony play football and forget about the babygirls until late February..and please stop letting your recently found fame and fortune go to both your heads...

As stated in the movie 40 year old virgin seems Tony knocked off a hood rat!! Now Tony it is time to move on. If I were you I would get on my knees and go beg Carrie Underwood a REAL STAR to take you back. At least Carrie's family is not perceived as blood sucking leeches and probably would not call the photographers everytime you have date. In reading why they supposedly broke-up I sure can see why Jessica would not want to move from LA.... She is such a HUGGGGGE star and her movie career might suffer. She is going to have to do a lot of movies at $387.00 per weekend to make enough for Joe and family.

remember, it's not news until the east coast prints it.

7th attempt...

Seriously,

I hope the reports are true but more particularly, I hope this means Tony has finally come to his senses.

Whether he has done anything wrong or not and whether SimpsonGate had anything to do with his performance will be debated for a long time, but the fact is, he made a complete fool of himself and now he is reaping the slings and arrows.

Tony is a good man at heart and will overcome all this if he gets his head back on straight and moves forward. Lets hope that is the case cowboy fans, because super bowls depend on it.

Yep, Albert, you scooped Tabloid Timmy, all right.

Posted by Tim Burns @ 12:53 PM Thu, Jan 24, 2008

Hear, Hear, WilliamC...

You are 100% correct in one aspect. He looked rattled on the field of the 4th quarter of the Giants game. And whether it was Jessica or Cabo or the stress of the playoffs or whatever, he simply has to hold it together better late in the season and in the playoffs. When he's smiling & loose, he's winning and I don't remember him smiling in the last 3-4 games.

Posted by Geez @ 1:14 PM Thu, Jan 24, 2008

It's too late Tony....should have done this before the playoffs when we had a chance of being in the Super Bowl.

We tried to tell you Jessica and her family were bad news but Nooooooo you wouldn't listen! All those people care about is publicity and you gave it to them. At the expense of your career. *shakes head*

Please no more celebrity girlfriends!

Thank goodness the she-devil may be gone. Keep your priorities staight Tony and perspective does matter.

Have a good off-season. Be READY for the next season.

Just don't make a girlfriend out of all of them. Dip and dash...

Posted by Lisa @ 5:33 PM Thu, Jan 24, 2008

I wait tables at Bob's in Dallas and served Tony and Carrie Underwood lastnight around 8:30.
BTW, Tony's a good tipper!
